Made-to-Order Products All Leaf and Loom products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

When We'll Make It Right We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a print error or quality issue
  • As the wrong item

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@leafandloom.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a free reprint or a full refund — no return shipment required.

Order Cancellations Because production begins immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
